    improved means for guiding the weft-carrying grippers and their control straps through the shed of gripper looms comprise a single plurality of guide elements (3) aligned on the sley (1), each element (3) being provided with at least two distinct seats (4, 5) for housing respectively the strap (6) and the gripper (8), the seat (5) housing the gripper (8) being aptto prevent- either by itself or in cooperation with the seat (4) for the strap (6) - any lateral or upward movements of said gripper (8).

    Claim
    1 . A device for guiding belts with weft grips fixed to them to a shuttleless loom, containing a plurality of guide elements installed in one row and aligned with the spacing on the butt in front of each, each of which has two saddles, one of which is in contact with one side!
    5 tape, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability by preventing the gripper from moving up and in the transverse reed direction and in contact with the reed, the second saddle of each guide element is in contact with the gripper.
